Assignment 2 and 3 progress update

This week I have been working on plans for the two assignments. I have created a mock up of my accordion book as well as watched videos on how to go about putting the book together. I have been working on designs to expose to my silk screen including the forest as a repeating pattern, will o' the wisps, and the little girl.

I have also been thinking about and choosing what to do for my second assignment. I have decided on a little girl coming out of a book as a solid sculpture. I have chosen Puffin Nursery Rhymes as the book that the character is coming out of open to a page with nursery rhymes about babies.
